Makefile and Function pointers. And this one of the topics that didn’t entail a 2-day struggle unlike usually. The exercises were relatively easy to understand and I’ve managed to finish the necessary number ofexercises all by myself. Well, almost, I did ask for a small advice here and there but the general idea and the logic of the code was clear and sound in my head. Which is quite a refreshing feeling.

1.MEGATRONE.
Today was the day of Megatrone, which is yet another one from the “42s unique and amazing” list. To make it short each person has to give 10 votes to those of the peers he or she considered being the biggest help during the Piscine. And for my part the first thing that came to my mind was: “I need more than 10!” I have told time and time again that one of the things I’m most grateful to 42 is the people I met, the friends I made, the amazing teachers I have had a chance to be taught by, the amazing group partners, hilarious lunch buddies and fantastic screen neighbours! And I can’t possibly fit all those in the strict 10 limit. Luckily I have been keeping track of all the people that helped me every day and so my version of Megatrone is called _SPECIAL COMMENTS #PEOPLE, and this is a real and complete list I would love to submit. So once again, dear Staff, if you are reading this, feel free to add all the @ to my Megatrone selection )))
2.PEOPLE.
One more highlight of today was my extensive extra-curricular activity, which I talked about yesterday – movie making. I was planning of wrapping up all the interviews by the end of the day today but the more I was doing them the more I realised that it’s not going to be the case. For one, I was taken aback by how rich and diverse the talks were. As my journalistic talent got lost somewhere on its way, I wasn’t very original with the questions I asked… And with every next interview, I was eager to do more! And due to the known 7 people a day limit of my memory I also kept on adding new names on my list now and then. By the end of the day today the total count is the following:

The difficult part is to manage it next to the usual study activity and to match it with the objectives I set for myself for this last week. But as I like to remind myself, at the end of the day it’s all about the experience we take out and not the numbers and grades. And as I have discovered today one of the branches of 42s program is all visual/video oriented. So now I know what I will start with if I get to come back after the end of the month.
